Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Typically no refunds will be given if:
- Package is marked as 'Delivered' (even if you haven't received it)
- Package is marked 'Return To Sender'
- Package is being held at your local Post Office (for any reason)
- In the above instances DDG is not at fault. If a courier error is made, or a buyer is not in control of their drop or gave an incorrect address, they are not eligible for a refund and are in violation of DDG's terms of service.
- In any of these instances the buyer is to mark the sale as 'Delivered' and release funds immediately
